You will not find gemstones that have undergone diffusion treatments on our site.
You will also not find any synthetics on our site, unless stated otherwise.

• Can I specifically request for video or photos from certain angles?
o Yes, you may! However, we can not guarantee that you will get the video immediately. We will require you to provide us with your contact details so we can provide you with the Video/Photo. This process will usually be fulfilled within 48hrs.

• I placed an order, but the order was cancelled from The Colored Stone Co.’s end. Why is this?
o This may happen if we are unable to fulfill your order.
o The gemstone you ordered may no longer be available due to its sale on another platform, and the site may not have been updated yet.

 • Why is the color mentioned on the certificate different from the color mentioned on the site?
o There may be differences between the color of the gemstone mentioned on our website and the color mentioned on the certificate provided by the laboratory.

Ex:
Teal Sapphire & Green Sapphire
Pinkish Ruby & Pink Sapphire
Brown Sapphire & Padparadscha Sapphire (For brown based padparadscha)
Pinkish Ruby & Ruby

The above are some of the most frequently inter-changed terms in the world of gemstones. This is due to the subjective nature of the assessment of gemstone colors. Please note that this is normal and we strongly advise that you judge the color of gemstones based on the pictures and not the descriptions alone.

• Why do you not have options above 18KT gold for your jewelry?
o 18KT is the internationally recognized standard for gold jewelry. This is because, gold in its purest form (24KT) is a very malleable substance, which can be bent easily, disfigured easily, scratched easily and cannot retain its shape with everyday wear and tear.
18KT gold consists of 75% pure gold with the remaining 25% being, other alloys, such as copper, silver etc.
