Jewelry Buying Guide (For Custom Orders) - The Colored Stone Co.

A Guide to Buying Jewelry from Us (Custom Orders)

If you already have a jewelry design/style in mind and want us to bring it to a reality for you, we also undertake custom orders.

If you are unable to find a particular gemstone that you’d like and want us to source it for you, click here and fill in the details of the gemstone you would like. We will try our best to source it for you.

 If you have found a stone that you like and would like to build your own jewelry with it;

  1. Click here and fill in the form with your requirements, and we will get in touch with you ASAP. We will require your email address and/or your WhatsApp number for easy communication with you, every step of the way (WhatsApp is preferable due to seamless and instant communication). If you have an inspiration or a sketch idea for a piece of jewelry, we strongly encourage you to attach the image or the link, so we have a better grasp of your requirement (This may be a paper drawn sketch, a link to another site Ex: Pinterest, or a Photo).
  2. Our inhouse designer will draw a rough sketch of your design/style and send it to you for confirmation (This may not be necessary if you send us a picture). You may provide further input at this point.
  3. After your confirmation, we will send you an estimate of the total price of the article.
  4. If you agree to the estimate, we will then send you an invoice for which we will require you to make payment. Kindly note that we require full payment to be made before we start working on your custom jewelry.
  5. After payment, we will start the manufacturing process of your masterpiece!
  6. Upon completion we will send you Pictures and a Video of your completed jewelry, before shipping it to you.
